What We Do
Truth in Nature solely exists to glorify God and His mission through us.  We combine this through the outdoors and His creations.  We have determined that there is a great need for single parent children in the west metro communities of Atlanta.  Some of these children have an interest in the outdoors and some do not know if they would enjoy it or not.  We provide an avenue to bridge the gap for children without a way to reach the outdoors and learn God's word.  We want to lead these children to Christ or assist in developing their spiritual growth while utilizing the tools of hunting, fishing, and camping.  Please contact Jeff Davis, for more detailed information.

We want to emphasize that we are not all about how big of a deer you can harvest or how big of a fish you can catch.  We are happy just to see children get the opportunity to come and enjoy the outdoors and have the opportunity to hunt and fish.  What we want to focus on is living the Christian life and having a personal relationship with God.

Spring:

                                                

During the Spring months (March - May) Truth in Nature will be holding turkey hunts and fishing activities (fundraisers and youth events).  Some of these activities will include but are not limited to parent/child hunts, community hunts, fishing activities and tournaments for kids.  This time of year could also include fishing tournaments at some of our local Georgia lakes hosted by some of the local fishing clubs and guides.

                                                                                                                                            


Summer:

                                          

During the Summer months (June - August) Truth in Nature will hold archery events, gun/hunter and boating safety programs, wildlife education activities, camping events, and fishing activities.  As with the Spring season, this time of year we will possibly be holding some fishing tournaments on our local Georgia lakes hosted by some of the local fishing clubs and guides.  Fundraiser type activities will also be performed throughout the Summer months.

                                                                                                                                            


Fall:

                                                    

During the Fall months (September - December) we will be holding deer and dove hunts for all afore mentioned groups.  This will include parent/child hunts, community hunts, and tournament opportunities. 
                                                                                                                                            


Winter:

                         

Our planning and maintenance months are January and February of each year.  We will take the opportunity to do some small game hunting during these times, but will focus mostly on the road ahead as it deals with the upcoming year and activities.
